By accessing or using Akprint Solution's services (available at akprintsolution.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services
Akprint Solution provides professional app design, digital marketing, Google Ads management, SEO, social media, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Ensure materials provided do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Grant necessary platform access (Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, etc.)
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
- Ensure your business complies with applicable advertising platform policies
3. Payment Terms
Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month. Project fees require a 50% deposit before work commences. Late payments (beyond 7 days) may result in service suspension. All fees are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom design work produced for their project. Akprint Solution retains rights to display work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
5. Google Ads Policy Compliance
We manage all Google Ads campaigns in strict compliance with Google's advertising policies. Clients must ensure their products/services are eligible for advertising under Google's policies. Akprint Solution is not responsible for account suspensions resulting from client-provided content that violates platform policies.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information. This obligation continues for 2 years after service termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
Akprint Solution's liability is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption.
8. Results Disclaimer
While we strive for exceptional results, digital marketing outcomes depend on many external factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue targets unless explicitly stated in writing.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice. Refund terms for termination are outlined in our Refund Policy.
