At Akprint Solution, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines refund terms for all services offered at akprintsolution.online.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Design Projects)
For all design projects, if you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts delivered within the first 7 days of project commencement, you may request a full refund of your deposit. This guarantee applies to the initial concept phase only and is void once revision rounds begin.
Monthly Retainer Services
Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. You may cancel future months with 30 days written notice. Pro-rated refunds may be issued at our discretion for extraordinary circumstances.
Project Deposits (50%)
The 50% project deposit covers initial research, planning, and resource allocation. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after work has commenced — except under the 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee above.
Google Ads & Ad Spend
Management fees paid to Akprint Solution are non-refundable. Ad spend paid directly to Google or Meta is subject to those platforms' own refund policies. We do not control platform-level billing refunds.
Refund Exceptions
- If we fail to deliver agreed services within the stated timeline, a pro-rated refund may be issued
- If a project is cancelled by Akprint Solution (rare), a full refund of any advance payment will be issued
- Refunds are not available for completed and approved projects
How to Request a Refund
Email info@mawebappshub.online with your project name, invoice number, and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
